Frequently Asked Questions
How does your process work?
First, book your reservation with us and you will receive confirmation as well as shipping instructions.
Once your special event is here, you will need to ship your flowers within the next 1-3 business days. We will notify you once we receive your blooms.
Your flowers will be carefully dried, designed, and preserved in resin. We like to use our creativity, but if you had something specific in mind, we are all ears!
The entire process can take anywhere from 2-3 months, depending on the size of your order.
Do you have a minimum?
Our minimum is a non-refundable $100 deposit which goes toward your order.
“I got married a few months ago, can you work with my dried bouquet?”
Yes yes yes! You would still need to book your reservation with us and follow the instructions on how to ship your fried flowers. We offer 10% off for flowers that are already dried. Once we receive them, you’ll be notified and the design process will begin.
Do flowers change colors once they dry?
A lot of flowers will naturally change colors after the drying process is complete. We embrace all stages of the flowers and find this beautiful! For example, white roses can often yellow, red roses become a shade darker, and purple or pink ranunculus can also darken.
Keep in mind, we can only dry and preserve flowers in the condition that we receive them. Which is why it is important to follow our shipping guidelines.
